Welcome to our first women’s recovery residence—designed to provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for women transitioning from incarceration or substance abuse recovery. Located in a peaceful Sauk Village neighborhood, this fully furnished home offers shared bedrooms, wraparound support services, and a community rooted in healing and growth.

Access to basic hygiene items is something many of us take for granted—but for individuals transitioning out of incarceration, addiction, or homelessness, these essentials can be life-changing. Our Hygiene Drive ensures that every woman entering Tangible Dreams receives a personal hygiene pack, helping restore dignity, build confidence, and promote health from day one. Every donated item or dollar directly supports someone’s fresh start.

We provide transitional housing and support services to individuals who are reentering society after incarceration or recovering from addiction, with a focus on stability, healing, and long-term success.

Our first home is located in Sauk Village, Illinois, and currently houses up to seven women. We plan to expand and open additional homes for both men and women in the near future.

We offer housing, mental health support, financial literacy, job readiness coaching, assistance with benefits, and daily routines that encourage accountability and personal growth.

Each resident’s stay varies depending on their needs, progress, and goals. We focus on personalized recovery plans to support long-term independence.

We rely on donations, grants, and partnerships with individuals and organizations who believe in second chances and community transformation. Residents may also choose to privately pay for their stay.

Yes, we accept referrals from probation officers, case managers, treatment centers, and individuals. Please use our contact form to begin the referral process.
